 ov. 3. Pittsburg Library\, 80 Power Ave.\, offers early voting Oct. 30 an
 d Nov. 2 from 11 a.m.–6 p.m.\, and Oct. 31 from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Ballot 
 drop boxes at Los Medanos College\, 2700 E. Leland Rd.\, and the PUSD Off
 ice\, 2000 Railroad Ave.\, are open 24/7 through Nov. 3 at 8 p.m. The Cou
 nty says polling place and ballot depend on address\; use its My Voting I
 nformation lookup. Polls are open 7 a.m.–8 p.m. on Nov. 3 per Californi
 a’s Secretary of State. Mailed ballots postmarked by Election Day must 
 arrive by Nov. 10.
