Use the City’s ADU Accelerator page to review the complete size, permit, ownership, deed-restriction, and funding requirements before applying. The program is first-come, first-served, covers qualifying units up to 1,000 square feet, and requires the final-inspection notice and supporting process to be completed no later than September 30, 2026.
