Update
The City of Pittsburg Housing Authority currently lists its Housing Choice Voucher waiting list as closed, meaning new applications are not being accepted. Applicants with a registration code can use the status-check portal linked on the official page. The Housing Authority also explains how to report an address change in writing. Check the official source before acting, since waiting-list availability can change.
