Contra Costa County lists the Nov. 3, 2026 General Election. Regular voter registration ends Oct. 19; vote-by-mail ballot requests are due Oct. 27. California same-day registration is available Oct. 20–Nov. 3. Pittsburg Library, 80 Power Ave., offers early voting Oct. 30 and Nov. 2 from 11 a.m.–6 p.m., and Oct. 31 from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Ballot drop boxes at Los Medanos College, 2700 E. Leland Rd., and the PUSD Office, 2000 Railroad Ave., are open 24/7 through Nov. 3 at 8 p.m. The County says polling place and ballot depend on address; use its My Voting Information lookup. Polls are open 7 a.m.–8 p.m. on Nov. 3 per California’s Secretary of State. Mailed ballots postmarked by Election Day must arrive by Nov. 10.
